Welcome to TestForce, a platform developed and operated by TAMS Technologies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our platforms for students at testforce.online and teachers at teacher.testforce.online. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use TestForce
TestForce is designed for students, teachers, and educational institutions. If you are under 18, you must use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The platform supports learners as young as Grade 5.
2. How You Can Use TestForce
• Users sign in with Google to access personalized services.
• Students can join classrooms, take tests, and track performance.
• Teachers can create and manage classrooms, conduct tests, and review analytics.
• You agree to use the platform lawfully and not disrupt or abuse any of its systems.
3. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as test questions, classroom details, and messages. By uploading content, you grant TestForce a limited right to use, display, and share it within the platform to support educational goals.
4. Payments, Plans, and Billing
TestForce, operated by TAMS Technologies, offers the following commercial services:
Premium Subscription: A recurring subscription that provides continued access to AI and premium features while your subscription period is active.
Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases on TestForce — including premium subscriptions are non-refundable. All digital services are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed once payment has been processed. Please review your selection carefully before completing any purchase. In the event of an unauthorised transaction, contact us immediately at contact@testforce.online.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. TAMS Technologies does not store your full card or banking details on its servers.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the following ways:
• From the Mobile App: Navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete My Account to initiate the deletion process.
• From the Web Platform: Submit a request via this form: Account Deletion Request Form.
Once your request is verified, your data—including test history, classroom activity, and performance records—will be permanently removed. Some metadata may be retained for platform improvement, legal, or auditing purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Responsibilities
You must:
• Provide accurate information.
• Not misuse the app or its features.
• Not infringe on others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated.
7. Platform Limitations
While we strive to provide uninterrupted, secure access, we do not guarantee the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for data loss, technical glitches, or misuse by other users.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Communications and Updates
By creating an account on TestForce, you agree that we may send you updates, announcements, and promotional communications related to TestForce and other applications owned or operated by our organisation, TAMS Technologies. These communications may be sent via:
• Email: To the email address associated with your Google account.
• Phone number: If you have provided a phone number, we may send you SMS or WhatsApp notifications.
You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at contact@testforce.online. Opting out of communications does not affect your ability to use the platform.
