• Details entered during onboarding like standard level, exam preparing for, and language.
• Activity data such as test attempts, results, performance metrics, and engagement within the platform
• App usage data for performance and analytics
• Technical information like device type, browser, and IP address for security and performance purposes.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access (Mobile App)

Our mobile app requests access to your device's camera and photo library for the following purposes:

• Profile picture: Uploading or updating your display/profile picture.
• AI Solver: Capturing or selecting a photo of a question so our AI can analyze it and provide a step-by-step solution.

• How we use your images:
• Images you select or capture are used solely to update your profile or to process your question through the AI Solver feature. Question images sent to the AI Solver are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after the session ends.

• Storage:
• Profile pictures are stored securely on our servers and are not shared with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., image hosting providers like Amazon Web Services).
• Notes you download through the app are saved directly to your mobile device's local storage.

• No sale or misuse:
• We do not sell, share, or use your images for advertising or analytics.

• You can revoke camera or photo library permissions at any time via your device settings. If you have concerns about your images or wish to have them deleted, please contact us at contact@testforce.online.

4. Why We Use Your Data

We use your data to:
• Provide personalized learning or teaching experiences
• Show progress reports, recommendations, and analytics
• Improve platform performance and fix issues

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in two ways:
• In the mobile app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete My Account • On the web: Visit our Delete Account page or raise a deletion request via this form. We will process your request manually.
Account deletion is permanent. All user data including test records and class info will be erased. Some minimal data may be retained to maintain integrity and security.

8. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services (like Google Firebase and Cloudinary) for authentication, data storage, and media hosting. These providers follow their own privacy and data security policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are suitable for students Grade 6 and above. Children under 18 should use the app with parental guidance. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected data from a child without consent, they may contact us for assistance.
