Terms & Conditions - Premium Subscription
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to TestForce Premium ("Premium"), a subscription service offered by TestForce. By completing a Premium purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with a Premium subscription.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the TestForce application available on web, iOS, and Android.
"Premium" or "Premium Subscription" means the paid subscription tier that unlocks the features described in these Terms.
"User", "you", or "your" means any individual who has registered on the Platform.
"Free User" means a registered User who has not purchased, or whose Premium subscription has expired.
"Premium User" means a registered User with an active, valid Premium subscription.
"Premium Content" means any classroom, test, quiz, lecture, or notes designated as premium by the Platform administrator.
"AI Features" means AI Solver, AskForce, and any other artificial-intelligence-powered functionality available on the Platform.
"Free Tokens" means the monthly AI token allocation provided to Free Users.
"Premium Tokens" means the monthly AI token allocation provided exclusively to Premium Users, separate from and independent of Free Tokens.
"Bonus Tokens" means additional AI tokens that may be granted to a Premium User's account at the sole discretion of the TestForce administrator.
"Calendar Month" means a month as defined by the Gregorian calendar, running from the 1st to the last day of that month.
"Subscription Month" means the rolling period beginning on the date of purchase or the most recent renewal date of a Premium subscription.
2. Unlimited Premium Access
2.1 Scope of Access
A Premium Subscription grants you access to all Premium Content on the Platform — including premium classrooms, tests, quizzes, lectures, and notes — subject to the conditions set out in this Section.
2.2 Premium Classrooms
Only Premium Users may join a Premium classroom. Attempting to join without an active subscription will display a prompt requiring Premium purchase.
If you join a Premium classroom while your subscription is active and your subscription subsequently expires, you retain access to all non-premium content within that classroom as long as you remain a member.
If you leave a Premium classroom after your subscription has expired, you will need an active Premium subscription to re-join.
Individual content items inside a Premium classroom that are themselves marked as Premium Content will become inaccessible once your subscription expires, even if you remain a classroom member.
2.3 Premium Tests, Quizzes, Lectures & Notes
Premium Content items require an active Premium subscription to open or begin.
Once your subscription expires, you will lose the ability to open or start new Premium Content.
Exception — Attempted Tests: If you have already attempted a Premium test, you may continue to view the results of that attempt after your subscription expires. You will not be permitted to start a new attempt without an active subscription.
3. Unlimited Test & Quiz Reattempts
3.1 General Reattempt Policy
The right to reattempt a test or quiz is a Premium-only feature. Free Users may complete a first attempt but must purchase Premium to begin any subsequent attempt.
3.2 AI-Proctored (AI Pro) Tests
For tests designated as AI Pro, the first attempt must be completed on the web platform, in compliance with proctoring requirements.
From the second attempt onwards, AI proctoring is not required. Subsequent attempts of an AI Pro test may be taken on any platform, including mobile, subject to holding an active Premium subscription.
The requirement to use the web platform applies exclusively to the first attempt of an AI Pro test for proctoring purposes and may be revised at the sole discretion of TestForce.
3.3 Access to Historical Attempt Results
All attempt results generated while your Premium subscription was active are permanently stored and accessible under your account.
After your Premium subscription expires, you may continue to view and switch between the results of all previous attempts. You will not be able to start a new attempt.
Historical performance data is never removed upon expiry, ensuring continuity of your learning record.
4. In-Depth Analytics
4.1 What Is Included
Premium Users gain access to a comprehensive analytics suite, including:
A dedicated Analytics tab on the result page of every test and quiz attempt.
Test-level metrics including overall accuracy, time taken, marks obtained, and rank among all users.
Section-level breakdowns within the Analytics tab for tests divided into sections.
AI-generated insights and performance recommendations.
Question-level analytics on the solution screen for each question, including:
Time taken by you, the topper, and the average user, along with the time difference.
The option you selected and whether it was correct, alongside the option marked by the topper.
Total attempts for that question across all users and the percentage who answered correctly.
Option-wise distribution showing the percentage of users who selected each answer option.
4.2 Access Restrictions
The Analytics tab and question-level analytics are accessible to Premium Users only. Free Users who attempt to access these sections will see a prompt requiring Premium purchase.
Analytics data generated during your Premium subscription remains viewable after expiry only in the sense that past attempt results are accessible. The Analytics tab and question-level analytics will require an active subscription to open.
5. AI Tokens
5.1 How AI Tokens Work
AI Tokens are the unit used to measure consumption of AI Features on the Platform. Every query submitted to an AI Feature consumes a number of tokens determined and reported by the underlying large language model (LLM) that processes the query. TestForce does not independently set, inflate, or modify token counts. Your account balance is updated based solely on the count provided by the LLM.
5.2 Two Separate Token Pools
Free Tokens and Premium Tokens are entirely separate pools and are never combined or interchanged during an active period:
Free Tokens are allocated to all registered users, regardless of subscription status, on a monthly basis resetting at the start of each Calendar Month. Free Tokens are the only token pool available to Free Users.
Premium Tokens are a separate, dedicated monthly allocation provided exclusively to Premium Users. Premium Tokens are the only pool consumed while a Premium subscription is active. Free Tokens are not touched during an active Premium subscription.
There is no sequential consumption between pools. If you are a Premium User, only Premium Tokens are used. Free Tokens remain untouched during your Premium subscription and become available when your subscription ends.
5.3 What Happens When a Premium Subscription Ends
When your Premium subscription expires, your Premium Token pool for that Subscription Month lapses — including any remaining balance.
From that point, your account reverts to using Free Tokens, which are available according to the normal Calendar Month cycle.
Example: A user with a one-month subscription from 5 May to 5 June who exhausts all Premium Tokens by 25 May will have no Premium Tokens for the remainder of that period. On 5 June, the subscription ends and the user reverts to Free Tokens. Free Tokens for June are fully available and unaffected by any prior Premium Token usage.
5.4 Premium Token Reset Cycles
Premium Tokens reset based on your purchase date, not the calendar. For a subscription purchased on 4 May, the Premium Token counter resets on 4 June, then 4 July, and so on for the duration of the subscription.
In the final Subscription Month, Premium Tokens are still credited on the reset date. No further renewal occurs unless a new plan is purchased.

5.5 Bonus Tokens
Bonus Tokens are additional tokens that may be granted to a Premium User's account at the sole discretion of the TestForce administrator, typically in response to a user request submitted through the in-app token exhaustion prompt.
Bonus Tokens are available to Premium Users only. Free Users are not eligible.
The quantity of Bonus Tokens, the duration for which they are valid, and whether they extend across one or multiple Subscription Months is determined entirely by the administrator based on user behaviour, usage patterns, and overall account metrics. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Bonus Tokens granted for a specific Subscription Month expire at the end of that month and do not carry over unless the administrator explicitly assigns them across multiple months.
Approval of a Bonus Token request is not guaranteed and does not constitute an extension of your subscription or an entitlement for future requests.
6. AI Solver — Increased Limits
6.1 Availability
The AI Solver is available to all Users — Free and Premium. Users may submit a photo or description of a question and receive a step-by-step AI-generated solution.
6.2 Token Consumption
The AI Solver is token-intensive. Each query consumes a significant number of tokens. Free Users, limited to the Free Token pool, may find their monthly allocation exhausted relatively quickly through regular AI Solver use.
6.3 Premium Benefit
Premium Users benefit from the larger monthly Premium Token allocation, which significantly increases the number of AI Solver queries available per month. The "increased limits" for Premium Users refers solely to this higher token pool. There is no separate gate on AI Solver usage beyond maintaining a sufficient token balance.
7. Save AI Solver Results
7.1 Feature Description
Premium Users may save the output of any AI Solver query to their account. Saved results are stored in the Profile under "Saved AI Results" and may be accessed at any time.
7.2 Access After Expiry
Results saved during an active Premium subscription remain accessible even after the subscription expires. Previously saved AI Solver results may be viewed from the Profile indefinitely.
After your subscription expires, you will not be able to save new AI Solver results until Premium is renewed.
7.3 Deletion
You may delete any saved AI Solver result at any time from your Profile.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleted results cannot be recovered.
TestForce does not maintain backups of user-deleted saved results and accepts no liability for data lost due to user-initiated deletion.
8. AskForce — Instant Doubt Resolution
8.1 Feature Description
AskForce is a conversational AI assistant available within the Platform's Chats and Doubts sections. Users may submit questions, doubts, or discussion topics and receive AI-generated explanations and guidance. AskForce is available to all Users — Free and Premium.
8.2 Differentiation for Premium Users
The primary difference between Free and Premium Users in AskForce is the size of the available token pool. Premium Users benefit from the larger monthly Premium Token allocation, enabling significantly more and longer AskForce interactions per month.
Context-Aware Assistance: When accessing AskForce from within the solution screen of a specific question, the context of that question is automatically loaded into the conversation for all users. This removes the need to manually provide context, enabling faster doubt resolution.
8.3 Token Usage
Each AskForce interaction consumes tokens from the user's applicable pool — Premium Tokens for Premium Users, Free Tokens for Free Users. More complex or lengthy conversations consume proportionally more tokens, as determined by the LLM.
9. Subscription, Billing & Renewal
Premium subscriptions are offered in plans of varying duration at the prices displayed on the purchase screen at the time of purchase.
Introductory Pricing: TestForce may offer introductory or promotional pricing for the first subscription period. Upon renewal or purchase of a subsequent plan, standard pricing will apply. Any introductory offer and its applicable terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law.
TestForce reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will apply only to new subscriptions or renewals occurring after the change takes effect.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless the selected plan explicitly includes auto-renewal and you have opted into it. Renewal terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
10. Changes to Premium Features
TestForce reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features included in the Premium subscription at any time. Where a feature is removed or materially reduced, TestForce will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer affected subscribers a remedy at its discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TestForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Premium subscription or the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of tokens, or service interruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
